RestArt 2026: the lineup takes shape

On May 2, 2026, Botrugno will once again become the capital of Salento's urban art scene. The fourth edition of RestArt promises to be the most ambitious yet: three days, five intervention zones, an international lineup.

Confirmed writers

International:
- RONE (France) — one of the most acclaimed names on the European scene, known for his monumental portraits
- Vesod (Spain) — a master of organic lettering, in Southern Italy for the first time
- Wes21 (Switzerland) — geometries and colors that dialogue with the local architecture

Italian:
- Camilla Falsini (Rome) — her female figures have decorated many Italian cities
- Ravo (Naples) — a contemporary interpreter of the southern painting tradition
- Franz Donato (Lecce) — a familiar face in Botrugno, back for the fourth consecutive year

Freestyle Battle: the categories

This year the battle is structured into three categories:
1. Open — open to everyone, no age limit
2. Under 18 — a space dedicated to the youngest
3. Dialect — rhymes in Salento dialect only (a brand-new category)

The surprise

We can't reveal the name yet, but we're working to bring to Botrugno a nationally renowned artist who has never performed in a village in Southern Italy. Stay tuned.
