1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the APS OnStage website (the "Site") and its related services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, we invite you not to use the Site.
2. Description of the service
Through the Site, APS OnStage provides the following services:
- Information on the cultural events organized by the association
- Event registration
- Membership card management
- Editorial content (blog)
- Members-only area
3. Creating an account
To access certain features you need to create an account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and to update it if it changes.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you become aware of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@onstageaps.com.
4. Event registrations
Event registrations are subject to availability. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email. APS OnStage reserves the right to cancel or modify events in case of force majeure.
5. Membership card
The membership request is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Approval is at the Board's discretion. The membership card is valid for one year (calendar year). The membership fee is set annually by the general meeting.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Post or transmit illegal, offensive or defamatory content
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempt unauthorized access to the systems
- Interfere with the operation of the Site
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of APS OnStage or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
APS OnStage is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access its services. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Lecce shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
