Accessibility statement

1. Provider and commitment to accessibility

APS OnStage, based in Botrugno (LE), is committed to making its website onstageaps.com accessible, in compliance with:

  • Law 9 January 2004, no. 4 (the "Stanca Law"), as amended by Legislative Decree 82/2022 implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the so-called European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882);
  • the technical standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the WCAG 2.2 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

This statement is drafted following the template provided by the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) and applies to the onstageaps.com website as a whole (public pages, members area and administrative area).

2. Compliance status

The onstageaps.com website is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 level AA requirements due to the non-conformities listed in the next point. The site was designed and developed taking accessibility principles into account (semantic HTML, color contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, form labeling, alternative text for images), but a formal compliance review against all level AA success criteria has not yet been completed. The adjustment work and manual checks (including screen reader tests) are currently in progress.

3. Non-accessible content

The following limitations are currently known, which the association is committed to resolving as part of its ongoing improvement plan:

  • Some third-party embedded content (e.g. Instagram posts/embeds shown on the site's pages) is provided by external platforms and may not be fully compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, since it is not directly editable by APS OnStage.
  • Some downloadable documents (PDFs, event flyers) produced before this policy was adopted may not be fully accessible (e.g. lack of semantic tags or structured alternative text).
  • Manual checks with assistive technologies (NVDA/VoiceOver screen readers, keyboard navigation across all flows) are being completed across all sections of the site, and further specific non-conformities may emerge, which will be corrected progressively.

5. Enforcement and complaints procedure

This statement was drafted on July 13, 2026, using the assessment methodology provided by the AgID template.
