Frequently asked questions

The standard template generates 4 badges per A4 sheet (2×2) with cutting crop marks. The card template generates 8 smaller badges (2×4).

Yes: click "Import CSV" to upload a file with a "name" column (and optionally "surname", "role"). The system automatically recognizes headers.

Yes: you can set a custom URL for each QR (e.g. volunteer profile, LinkedIn profile) or use the same URL for all badges.

Yes: upload the APS logo (PNG/SVG, transparent background recommended) and it will be automatically applied to all badges in the PDF.

PDF A4 at 150 dpi. Print on glossy photo paper or 250g cardstock. Cut along the crop marks. Standard badges: 90×55 mm (credit card format).

Yes: each template supports customization of background color, text, and border. Default colors use the OnStage brand but are customizable.
