Frequently asked questions
How often are grants updated?
The Board enters grants as soon as it receives or finds them: this is the method that always works, regardless of external sources. In addition, an automatic reader from official portals (starting with RUNTS) is planned, and will be turned on after it's been checked against the live site. New grants are marked with the "New" badge.
How do deadline notifications work?
If you're signed in, the "Notify" button on each grant turns on an email alert one week before and one day before the deadline. You can turn it off at any time by pressing the same button again.
Are European grants included?
Yes: we include grants from the Creative Europe programme and other European funds relevant to cultural APS organisations. Use the "European" filter to view them.
Can I suggest a grant to add?
Yes: use the "Report a grant" button (visible at the bottom of the page) to suggest adding a grant that's not yet in the database. The team checks it and adds it within 48 hours.
Are expired grants deleted?
Expired grants stay visible for 30 days after the deadline, then they're archived. You can view them in the historical archive using the "Archive" filter.
Are there grants specific to Apulian APS organisations?
Yes: the Puglia Region has grants specific to APS organisations through the Fondo Sviluppo Sud (Southern Development Fund) and the ERDF/ESF+ (FESR/FSE+) programmes. Use the "Puglia" filter + the "Third Sector" category to see them.
