Everything you need to know about this tool.
What is the minimum cost to organise a small live event?
It depends on the type of event. A free open-air concert can cost between €500 and €2,000 (sound system, SIAE, basic security). The tool provides realistic estimates by event category. How is the SIAE fee calculated?
The SIAE fee for contemporary music concerts is based on the artists' fees or event capacity, with rates updated periodically by SIAE: always check the current amount on their website. The tool applies the correct rate based on the parameters you enter.Does the tool account for SUAP (permit) costs?
Yes, it includes estimated SUAP administrative fees by municipality, sureties (if required), SCIA costs and venue-fitness permit costs. Rates vary by municipality: the tool uses average rates for Salento. Can I use it to report on a grant that has already been funded?
The tool is primarily a budget estimator. For final reporting (actuals) use the built-in Accounting module. The two tools share the same expense categories, making it easy to compare estimate against actuals. How is the break-even point calculated?
Enter total costs, maximum capacity and ticket-sales assumptions (% attendance, average ticket price). The tool calculates how many tickets are needed to cover costs and simulates 3 scenarios (pessimistic, base, optimistic).
