RegolamentoInternoAPS
Generate the draft Internal Regulation of your Social Promotion Association: admission and termination of members, membership fees, use of spaces and equipment, Board operation, volunteer reimbursements, conduct and sanctions.
Indicative draft - internal act, approved as the Statute says
The Internal Regulation is a document different from the Statute: it is not among the documents that art. 47 c. 1 Legislative Decree 117/2017 indicates for the RUNTS registration application (founding act, statute and any annexes). It is approved as provided for by the Statute of your association - as a rule by the Assembly of members, or by the Board of Directors if the Statute gives it this power. Check on your Statute which body and which majority are required before adopting it definitively.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Internal Regulations need to be filed with RUNTS?
The Third Sector Code does not list it among the documents of the registration application (art. 47 c. 1 Legislative Decree 117/2017: founding act, statute and any annexes): it remains an internal document of the association, approved as the Statute provides. If your Statute refers to it, ask the RUNTS office whether to attach it.
Who approves the Internal Regulations?
It's determined by your association's articles of association: typically the members' meeting, or the board if the articles of association explicitly grant it this power. Check your articles of association before choosing the body in the wizard.
What's the difference between articles of association and Internal Regulations?
The articles of association are the deed of incorporation, filed with RUNTS: they define the entity's identity, bodies and purposes. Internal Regulations govern day-to-day operations - membership fees, use of spaces, board operations, volunteer expense reimbursement, sanctions - that is, what the articles of association refer to other rules for.
Can I reimburse volunteer expenses?
Yes, but only documented expenses actually incurred: volunteer work always remains unpaid and can never be compensated, not even by the beneficiary.
Is the generated document ready to adopt?
It's a draft template to adapt to your association's reality and to be approved according to your articles of association. For tax or employment law aspects (e.g. volunteer expense reimbursement) consult a professional before adopting it in final form.
