StatutoAPS

Generate the draft articles of association for your social promotion association, according to the requirements of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree 117/2017, arts. 21 and 35).

Did you generate a statute before 15 October 2026?

Check the phrase "deroga ai sensi dell'art. 13" (derogation under art. 13): the law does not provide for it, and the text generated up to that date could contain it. If it is there, remove it or have the Notary correct it before filing.

Legal references not verified against a primary source

The articles, terms and amounts cited on this page have not been verified against the text published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale (Official Gazette). They remain here because they help you get your bearings, but they must not be used as the basis for a decision: check them with an accountant, a notary or another professional before acting.

It concerns the quorums, notice periods and majorities that the wizard prints in the generated text: they are choices of the statute and not legal obligations (for example art. 24 Legislative Decree 117/2017 sets neither the notice of convocation nor the quorums of the assembly). Have them read by the notary before filing.

Frequently asked questions

The draft follows the requirements of the Third Sector Code (Legislative Decree 117/2017, arts. 21 and 35). If your association belongs to a network that has its own standard model approved by the Ministry of Labour (art. 47 c. 5 Legislative Decree 117/2017), consider using it: the RUNTS registration is quicker. Before filing, the draft must in any case be reviewed by a Notary.

To acquire legal personality the Third Sector Code provides that a notary, having received the founding act, files it with the RUNTS within twenty days (art. 22 c. 2 Legislative Decree 117/2017), with a minimum endowment fund of 15,000 euros for associations (c. 4). For an APS without legal personality the Code does not state the form of the founding act (art. 21): ask a Notary or the RUNTS office.

Yes, you can download the draft in Word (DOCX), to complete and have reviewed by the Notary, or in PDF. Once completed, the statute is signed and filed as the RUNTS requires: neither the Word file nor the PDF downloaded here has official value in itself.

The wizard covers the contents that the Third Sector Code requires of the statute of an APS (arts. 21 and 35 Legislative Decree 117/2017). For special clauses (for example admission criteria for members, minimum endowment) edit the DOCX before presenting it to the Notary.

Usually 10-15 minutes. The 3 steps collect: (1) APS identification details, (2) corporate bodies and quorums, (3) purpose and activities. You can save and resume filling it in.

No: this wizard is specific to APS under D.Lgs. 117/2017. For ASD, consult the CONI model or contact a consultant specialized in sports law.
